About this role
As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be the point of contact for customers during the night shift, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to the travel tool. Your daily tasks will include handling flight-related customer requests, bookings, and cancellations via phone and email, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving under pressure.

What you need
- Completed vocational training in tourism or a comparable degree
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service in a B2B environment
- Experience with Amadeus, especially in rebookings, ticket changes, queue processing, and refunds
- Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken
