- AA or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in overall operations, financial and facilities management, and/or Human Resources
- Two years of job-specific experience in a hospital management role within the veterinary or human health industry
- Knowledge of state, federal, and local employment and safety laws and regulations
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
