About this role
As a Veterinary Assistant in the Emergency/Critical Care department, you will assist veterinarians and licensed veterinary technicians with emergency procedures and medical care for animals. Your responsibilities include maintaining treatment areas, performing triage and basic nursing care, and providing effective communication with clients regarding their pets' status. You will also be involved in various procedures such as phlebotomy and placing intravenous catheters under supervision.
