What you need
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, or engineering mobile device management (MDM) services for iOS and Android devices in an enterprise environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and lifecycle support
- Knowledge of Apple and Android enterprise management, including Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, supervised devices, automated enrollment, and device security controls
- Working knowledge of mobile application deployment, managed app configuration, and app protection, plus endpoint security, identity, conditional access, and data protection for mobile devices
- Ability to define and operate an MDM service as an individual contributor, including standards, procedures, support workflows, and operational documentation such as SOPs and runbooks
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Workspace ONE or other unified endpoint management (UEM) platforms; direct Workspace ONE experience is not required
- Experience supporting device deployments through pilot planning, testing, change management, and operational handoff
- A degree or certification in information technology, computer science, or a related field
