What you need
- 3+ years’ Loss Prevention Management experience
- Experience with Loss Prevention Management in a Hotel environment, preferably at a four-diamond or higher property
- Understanding of safety protocols and local law requirements
- Ability to manage difficult situations with Guest contact
- High level of experience with fixed fire extinguishing systems
- Experience responding to emergencies including fire and medical
Nice to have
- BS/BA Degree in hospitality management, business management or related field
- First Aid/CPR Instructor Certification
- Experience in coordinating external security for property events
- Experience conducting VIP and celebrity escorts
- Creativity and presentation skills
