What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an ABET accredited institution or equivalent years of work experience
- 8+ years of SWS experience
- Prior Navy SSBN experience
- An active DoD security clearance at the SECRET level or above (or have held an active DoD clearance within the last 2 years)
- Strong experience in the production, construction, testing and alteration of the Strategic Weapon System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Nice to have
- Shipyard SWS construction experience and SWS testing
- Experience with the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program and SSP, including its culture, practice, and key stakeholders
