About this role
As a Staff Software Developer in the IAM team at JetBrains, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle of identity management and access services. What you need
- 7+ years of JVM development experience, preferably with Kotlin
- Ability to approach performance problems on JVM and Postgres
- Experience in building and operating SaaS production services in a distributed, multi-tenant environment
- Fluency in navigating a modern devops stack: K8S, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
- Track record of taking over and improving existing production services

- Prior experience with identity management protocols, such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, or SCIM 2.0
- Experience designing and evolving domain models for organizational or identity systems
- Cybersecurity experience: estimating risks, recognizing common vulnerability antipatterns, and promoting best SSDLC practices
- Hands-on experience with Go
