About this role
As a Customer Success Engineer for YouTrack, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, providing technical guidance, onboarding new customers, and delivering training sessions. You will also develop sales and promotional materials, manage large accounts, and act as a liaison between customers and the product team, ensuring successful deployments of YouTrack.
