What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in validation, verification and reliability test development of consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace or related industries
  • Deep understanding of robotics and automotive systems including embedded compute, wiring, dynamic systems and controls, sensors, actuators, mechanical and software systems in prototype and production environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build and operate mechanical and electrical hardware testing tools, processes and facilities from scratch
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and conducting formal RMA and RCA processes
  • Experience in using issue tracking software or tools (esp. Jira)

  • Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • Experience in technical writing, technical drawings/CAD and documentation of mechatronics systems
  • Ability to interview, onboard, train and ramp up additional team members
