What you need
- University degree in engineering, management or related field
- At least 10 years in a highly regulated production environment (Aerospace, Defence, Automotive), with 3 years in Quality or Testing
- Experience in statistical quality control methods in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with cause-effect analysis and problem-solving methods (5 Why Analysis, 8D Reports, Fish bone/Ishikawa Diagrams)
- Good knowledge of AS 9100:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 and having Internal Auditor certification
Nice to have
- Prior knowledge in CFRP manufacturing and testing is advantageous
- Very good knowledge of practice with APQP and ISO 9145 is advantageous
- Fluent in English and German is advantageous
