About this role
As an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician II at Iovance Biotherapeutics, you will play a vital role in the autologous cell therapy manufacturing program. Your daily responsibilities will include suite preparation for cell processing, material transfer, environmental monitoring, and conducting final product inspections and cryopreservation. You will work in a cleanroom environment and may be required to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet production needs.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in biopharmaceutical-based GMP manufacturing operations
- Understanding of aseptic technique and liquid transfers
- Ability to read, write and understand English for Good Documentation Practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations including fractions, decimals and percentages

- Background in cell culture and aseptic gowning
- Experience with ISO class 5 cleanroom operations
