About this role

As the first HR hire at Inversion, you will establish the People function from the ground up, focusing on onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and culture-building initiatives. This role starts as a hands-on contributor and is designed to evolve into a management position within 12–24 months, allowing you to shape the HR team and processes.
