About this role

The Senior Systems Engineer – MSP Automation will focus on optimizing and advancing IT environments for both internal and client-facing operations. What you need

Expertise in infrastructure architecture and cloud systems
3+ years of experience in a similar role within an MSP environment
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or similar languages
Experience with Veeam backup solutions and troubleshooting backup failures
Proficiency with RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate) and PSA platforms (ConnectWise Manage)
Strong understanding of backup infrastructure architecture, deployment, and verification using Veeam

Nice to have

Relevant Microsoft certifications
Networking certifications advantageous
Experience with MDM platforms (Addigy, Intune)
Familiarity with MSP tools and their integrations
