What you need

3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT infrastructure and Microsoft technology projects
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft cloud, security, endpoint, and infrastructure technologies
Experience implementing Microsoft security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, or Microsoft Intune
Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting or project-based environment
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Experience using PSA platforms such as ConnectWise
Experience using RMM platforms such as ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya
Experience supporting multiple client environments
Experience delivering Microsoft security and compliance projects for clients
