What you need

  • Provisional / Associate licensure with one of two designations: Provisional / Associate Social Work License & Masters Degree from an accredited school of Social Work, or Provisional / Associate Counseling License & Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program, or Pre-Licensed Psychologist with a Ph.D. or PsyD. in psychology from an accredited school of psychology
  • An active license in Massachusetts
  • Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training required
  • Background in working with children and adolescents, with anxiety and related disorders
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires confidence and trust

  • Experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) preferred
  • Basic computer skills, facility with and openness to new technologies
  • Ability to be flexible and nimble, embrace change, and work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission driven environment
