What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Hands-on experience in small molecule manufacturing operations, process development, process engineering, or related activities
- Experience working directly with CDMOs in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

- Working knowledge of cGMP requirements and pharmaceutical Quality Systems
