What you need
- B.S. or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of core manufacturing engineering experience
- 3+ years of direct people management experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Demonstrated track record of productionizing engineering designs
- Proven expertise in process engineering, including process design and validation
- Deep hands-on experience developing PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, and SOPs
Nice to have
- AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent QMS experience
- Background in power generation, electromechanical systems, or precision energy equipment manufacturing
- Experience in additive manufacturing / laser sintering environments
- Experience with government or defense manufacturing contract support
