What you need
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including IT, infrastructure, security, or applied AI/software engineering
- Experience leading teams
- Operating familiarity with healthcare-grade compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI)
- Modern SaaS administration experience (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, identity, security)
- Cloud infrastructure experience
