What you need
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or Economics
- 3-6 years of industry experience/expertise (reinsurer, insurance carrier, or consulting firm)
- Foundational understanding of reinsurance, P&C insurance, operations, and systems
