What you need
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within Food Manufacturing, Assembly, Distribution, Retail or a comparable food-related environment
- Solid knowledge of relevant government food regulations across the UK and wider Europe
- In-depth knowledge of food safety systems, HACCP and COSHH
- Level 3/4 Food Safety qualification or equivalent relevant qualification
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
