What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in the maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment
- Hands-on experience with automated assembly equipment, robotics, End-of-Line (EOL) testing, and servo-driven systems
- Basic to intermediate troubleshooting and programming of PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley)
- Experience with industrial electrical systems (480VAC, 24VDC) and interpreting electrical schematics
- Knowledge of mechanical systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, and torque specifications

- Certifications in Siemens or Rockwell Automation
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications
- Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
- Experience with predictive maintenance techniques like vibration analysis and thermography
- Hands-on experience with robotics (Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA)
