What you need
- Experience recruiting, contracting, onboarding, training, and managing insurance agents and Field Marketing Organizations (FMO)
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in health care delivery at a high-growth startup, operations or program management, or consulting for health care payers & providers
- Strong project management and organizational skills
