About this role

What you need
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ServiceNow, managing workflow processes
- ServiceNow: Provide O&M to their current ServiceNow applications/instance
- ServiceNow: Develop future applications based on needs or requirements of groups the client supports
- ServiceNow: create Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs based on the needs of the client (JavaScript is the computer language)
- ServiceNow: Create and modify Workflows, Catalog items (if used), and Record Producers

- Demonstrated knowledge of Sponsor technical systems, security procedures and processes

- Demonstrated experience as a strong communicator with the ability to speak to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience using excellent interpersonal and team building skills to enhance partnerships with diverse customer base, contractors, service delivery partners, or other stakeholders
