About this role
As a Senior Reliability Engineer at Northstrat, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of radio-frequency electronic warfare systems that are already in production. Your role involves performing reliability predictions, leading failure mode analyses, conducting environmental testing, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve product reliability in challenging military environments. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and manage reliability data throughout the production and sustainment lifecycle.

What you need
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Reliability Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 8+ years of reliability engineering experience, particularly with RF/microwave or wireless hardware
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or regulated/high-reliability hardware programs
- Working knowledge of RF fundamentals
- Expertise in reliability methods including FMEA/FMECA and fault tree analysis
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
- Experience with electronic warfare systems
- Familiarity with defense RAM requirements and standards
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment
