What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field and 8+ years of relevant experience; OR 12+ years of equivalent experience without a degree
- Functional knowledge of ground systems capable of transmitting and receiving RF emissions
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to read and interpret test procedures and technical documents
- Physically able to lift, rack, and stack equipment following safety recommendations
Nice to have
- TS security clearance
- Technical certification or training in a related field
- Experience working with ground terminal equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends if necessary
- Ability/willingness to operate forklift and pallet jacks
