What you need
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or professional full-working proficiency, written and spoken)

- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder technical projects and translate complex data for commercial teams

- Prior exposure to automotive OEM cell qualification standards (e.g., APQP, PPAP) or tier-1 cell manufacturing processes
- Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and facility visits
