What you need

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, project management, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in construction execution, work preparation, or project management, ideally with a general contractor or in system/module construction
  • Very good understanding of execution planning, procurement, construction processes, and causes of rework, delays, and claims on construction sites
  • Proven experience in building, analyzing, or optimizing construction and execution processes
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to construction sites for process recording and audits
  • Ability to communicate on equal terms with construction management, project teams, and departments to gain acceptance for standards
