What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in NPI or experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong project management, communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and production launch activities
  • Strong knowledge of assembly manufacturing processes, production equipment, automation systems, and facility layout optimization
  • Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and concurrent engineering practices

Nice to have

  • Experience with assembly manufacturing operations in large-scale and/or global manufacturing environments
  • Experience supporting new product introductions and capital equipment implementation
  • Experience with ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, or other manufacturing information systems
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, facility layout, or process mapping software
