What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related technical field
- Five (5) or more years of experience in NPI or experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong project management, communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and production launch activities
- Strong knowledge of assembly manufacturing processes, production equipment, automation systems, and facility layout optimization
- Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and concurrent engineering practices
Nice to have
- Experience with assembly manufacturing operations in large-scale and/or global manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting new product introductions and capital equipment implementation
- Experience with ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, or other manufacturing information systems
- Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, facility layout, or process mapping software
