What you need
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, field services, systems administration, or a related technical role

- Working knowledge of end-user devices, retail PoS technology, Windows environments, server infrastructure, network equipment, monitoring platforms, and IT service-management practices
- Experience performing installations, configuration changes, patching, equipment deployments, and preventive maintenance using documented procedures
- Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, communicate status, and complete assignments with limited day-to-day supervision
