What you need
- Strong electronics knowledge, including component parameters, datasheets and practical selection trade-offs
- In depth working knowledge of BOM management and sourcing systems, such as Arena and Silicon Expert
- Good understanding of PCB manufacturing and SMT assembly processes
- Ability to understand interactions between silicon, package and PCB design
- Experience working with electronics supply chain suppliers, preferably including offshore contract manufacturers
