About this role
As a Product Associate/Manager for Training & Enablement at GiveDirectly, you will create training materials and deliver live training sessions to ensure that field staff understand new survey designs and program changes. What you need
- Prior experience as a Field Officer, or in a directly equivalent frontline data-collection or enrollment role, at GiveDirectly or a comparable cash transfer, humanitarian, or survey organization

- Experience writing release notes, product documentation, or change communications
- Formal training in instructional design or adult learning
