What you need
- Strong experience within hedge funds, alternative investments or open-ended funds
- Proven experience in crypto / digital assets, ideally within a fund environment
- Strong technical knowledge of fund accounting, NAV production and financial reporting
- Experience managing fund administrators, auditors, custodians and other external service providers
- Understanding of investor capital activity, subscriptions/redemptions and management fee calculations
- Experience with crypto custody, wallet operations, digital asset settlements and reconciliations
Nice to have
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CFA are advantageous
- Strong preference for candidates from hedge funds, alternative investment managers or fund administrators
- Experience in a small, entrepreneurial or high-growth environment is advantageous
