About this role
In this role, you will support direct customers, distributors, and retailers in the EMEA region with technical and commercial inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will also provide training to customers and retailers on Formlabs printers, collaborate with the global engineering team to resolve technical issues, and build professional relationships while delivering excellent service in both Italian and English.
