About this role
In this role, you will support direct customers, distributors, and resellers in the EMEA region with technical and commercial inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will also provide training on Formlabs printers, assist resellers in delivering excellent customer service, and collaborate with the global engineering team to resolve technical issues.
