About this role

What you need
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within payments, banking or FinTech
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian payments ecosystem and infrastructure, ideally including experience with Interac e-Transfer or other Canadian payment rails
- Experience translating complex business, product or payment scheme requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, cloud technologies and modern system architectures
- A good understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience supporting products from requirements through to delivery
- Strong analytical skills, including experience using data to support decision-making
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience of the US payments landscape, particularly real-time payment schemes such as FedNow and RTP
- Experience working with real-time or instant payments
- Broader knowledge of payment schemes, payment infrastructure and how financial institutions move money
