What you need
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field
- B.S. degree with 14+ years, M.S. degree with 12+, or Ph.D. with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Prior hands-on experience working with mRNA/DNA cargo and LNP products
- Demonstrated technical expertise in HPLC separations or LC-MS
- Proven ability to independently design, execute, and troubleshoot complex experiments
- Strong communication and organization skills
