What you need

  • 3+ years of experience in customs compliance, international/domestic logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or high-tech environments

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. customs regulations, HTS, ISF, Incoterms, and customs-entry processes
  • Proficiency with SAP or other ERP/WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB)
  • Experience with lithium batteries, hazardous materials, or specialized/oversized transportation
  • Experience leading teams, building processes, or delivering duty-savings initiatives
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
