About this role
As a Product Engineer on the Shared Services Platform, you will be responsible for addressing platform issues reported by the Shared Services team, diagnosing problems, and implementing fixes. You will also identify systemic issues and work on features from conception through to deployment, ensuring that the platform meets operational needs and enhances user experience. Collaboration with various teams, including Operations and Product, is key to your role, as is maintaining a focus on quality and performance in the software you develop.
