What you need
- 8+ years of ServiceNow/ESM architecture experience
- 2+ years of experience in federal projects
- Prior ownership of multi-module architectures at n-2 currency
- Deep expertise in ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
- Strong experience with CMDB and CSDM
- Technical background in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and platform security
