  • SCADA experience - Understanding of how field telemetry/control systems feed into business processes and data pipelines
  • Workflow automation or system integration projects; has actually helped implement or improve a tool, not just used one
  • Experience tracking multiple initiatives simultaneously in a portfolio-style environment
  • Business case development or cost-benefit analysis experience
