What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, data center operations, managed services, or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and operational activities
- Strong understanding of data center environments, IT infrastructure, and service delivery models
- Proven experience managing project schedules, resources, risks, and reporting
