What you need
- 8+ years’ experience in supporting highly customer-focused mission critical environments
- 5+ years’ experience of architecting, engineering, or supporting public cloud solutions on AWS or GCP
- Sound knowledge of AWS or GCP best practice, security considerations, and architectural design patterns
- Experience of implementing and supporting public-cloud based workloads and services
- Hold multiple current AWS or Google Cloud Certifications or demonstrate equivalent knowledge
- Experience of building solutions using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

- Experience of working with, designing, deploying, or supporting containerized environments (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes/Docker)
- Experience of Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline technology
- Able to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and quality (e.g. Copilot/Claude/Kiro)
- A degree in a computing-related discipline preferred or equivalent ability and knowledge
- Experience working in ITIL and Agile environments
