- 8+ years of experience with SATCOM requirements development, Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T), system testing, and production activities

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical details clearly to government leadership
- Demonstrated ability to identify priorities and execute tasks with minimal direction or supervision

- Experience with system of systems integration and test across space, ground, and user segments
- Familiarity with government test frameworks, verification strategies, and integration planning
- Experience reviewing or supporting Class I changes, configuration management, and technical baselines
- Systems engineering or program management certifications such as CSEP, ESEP, PMI / PMP
