What you need

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Active, unrestricted clinical certification or licensure (PCT, CNA, MA/CMA, LPN, RN, or comparable)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional and proactive communication skills across various platforms
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST
  • Valid, unencumbered driver’s license

  • Dialysis-specific certification (CDT, CHT, CCHT, CCHT-A)
  • Experience managing provider schedules and coordinating patient appointments
  • Minimum one year of experience working directly with hemodialysis/nephrology patients
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare terminology and care coordination principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
