What you need
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Active, unrestricted clinical certification or licensure (PCT, CNA, MA/CMA, LPN, RN or comparable)
- Professional and proactive communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST
- Valid, unencumbered driver’s license
Nice to have
- Dialysis-specific certification (CDT, CHT, CCHT, CCHT-A)
- Experience managing provider schedules and coordinating patient appointments
- Minimum one year of experience working directly with hemodialysis/nephrology patients
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare terminology and care coordination principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
