What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in program or project coordination, product lifecycle support, engineering change coordination, production planning, or a related role involving engineered or manufactured products

- Highly organized with clear scope, ownership, dependencies, milestones, risks, decisions, and action status

- Familiarity with HVAC, thermal systems, electromechanical equipment, data center infrastructure, or contract manufacturing
- Experience with PLM, ERP, QMS, or project management systems
