About this role

The Youth Advocate Coordinator will oversee and coordinate staff and youth in a residential program for court-involved youth aged 13 to 21. Daily responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring safety and security, developing and implementing Individual Service Plans, promoting teamwork, and leading group activities while serving as a role model and advocate for the youth.
