What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 8+ years of relevant work and FP&A experience in the biotech life sciences sector, particularly public companies
- Proven expertise in developing comprehensive clinical trial financial models
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Financial statement knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

- MBA, CPA certification and/or consulting experience
- Track record of successes in small to mid-size biotech culture
- Expertise with financial planning (Planful / Adaptive) & ERP software (NetSuite)
