About this role

As a Connectivity Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the connectivity of a global fleet of robots, working closely with customers to resolve network issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing connectivity problems, configuring routers, building tooling in Go, and writing runbooks. You'll also engage with customers directly, ensuring that their networks are ready for robot deployment and monitoring connectivity performance.
