What you need
- Bachelor of Arts in Demography, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Monitoring and Evaluation or related field
- Advanced degree (master’s or higher) in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Demography, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in M&E for public health program, preferably in Global Health Security, infectious diseases, or emergency preparedness
- Strong knowledge of M&E frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (STATA, R, or similar)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

- Familiarity with US Government programming and reporting requirements is highly desirable
